Sports photos for parents/relatives, athletes, coaches and fans.

Important Note: On Saturday, October 22nd, I ran out
of room once I had posted the Saturday regular season football game. Therefore, effective with the October 28, 2005 game, I had to expand my space.
Until Friday, November 25, 2005,
the 'Buy Now' buttons went to the majority of this season's football games. (January 14, 2005 - October 22, 2005.)
To view the majority of the regular season football, click here.
Early Friday, November 25, 2005, I changed the 'Buy Now' buttons to point to the new space.
To view football games from Friday, October 28, 2005 - present (including all categories of playoffs shot), click here. (Or click on the October 28, 2005 - Present link on the left menu.)
All basketball photos from this season will be in the latest gallery.
(Friday, October 28, 2005 - present.)
Scheduled Friday, November 25, 2005: High School Boys Basketball Previews at Northwest High School. I won't
get off from my 'day job' in time to cover all teams, but I'm going to try and cover as much as I can.
Thanks for your interest and purchases.

(Also boys and girls basketball games on and after January 14, 2005, though see note below about posting those.)

Basketball Posting Status for Games on or after January 14, 2005. As my note below tells all about, my provider's
system couldn't immediately handle the volume of photos online for purchase. I've posted several games from this
time period now, but it still will take a while to get caught up. Photos are being posted in the order taken until they're
all online. Also, a photographer got ejected for selling state tournament photos, so I'll probably simply post regionals
and up for viewing, but not for sale...just for your information since 20/20 is the exclusive photographer for tournament photo sales and I was there for a newspaper.

Photo Uploading Problems For Retail Customers Only (No problems with editorial systems):
Game photos from Friday, January 14, 2005 (Clay vs. Eastern) boys basketball and all girls and boys games after that
were unable to be uploaded.
I have 32,000 images online and while my provider promises unlimited storage (for now at least), they have a programming
bug that prevents more than 32,000 from being uploaded. (And it's a complex fix for them to extend that.) So, in the
meantime, they gave me another shopping cart to use, but that had configuration problems as well. I think I've now got
75% of the new configuration complete. But in the meantime, there's basketball tournaments,
computer and network consulting on the "side" and at my "day job" we're replacing our computer
system at our main office and 5 branches this weekend. Once complete, I'll link to the second gallery from here.
All prior boys and girls games are online.

Got a question about how to order? Got a friend or relative not on the internet wanting to buy? I want to help.
Email me all the details at jim@getyournewshere.com and I will do my best to work out a solution pronto. Thanks for your support.
Also, note that if you don't want to purchase online with a credit card, I'll gladly accept your check. Just read below
for how to order and let me know you'd like to purchase by check. Then I don't have to post images online; I'll just
have the order printed locally (like I usually do.) Actually, it's even less work, I get my money quicker and don't
have to pay a commission to my online shopping cart vendor.
Something
I really encourage... As you view, make a note of the filenames (just the last digits to make it unique...not the
entire long filename). Call or email me (preferred since it's in writing to avoid misunderstanding) at jim@getyournewshere.com with your telephone numbers (home, work, cell,
the more the better to reach you quickly),
the game
it's from, the jersey number of the player you're wanting to focus on in the shot and the size of print
for all the shots you want to purchase.
Then, before you purchase the shots online, I'll make sure the shots look good given the details. And then I can upload
only those shots to a special area and let you know how to access it. (So you don't have to re-wade through all the shots
of a game to add to your shopping cart.)
It hasn't been a common problem so far, but eventually someone will want a shot where the player they think is in focus is
out so bad it's unusable due to the lens I use. (The person I focus my lens on is tack sharp, but the farther away from that point starts to
lose focus. It's actually what you and I want. The subject to "stand out.")
Also, because of this, perhaps a 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 could be made, but it's "too out" for an 8 x 10. That's where knowing the
size comes in.
So, keep on purchasing without review
or take advantage of my offer; just trying to prevent a refund. Thanks for your support!
